Team Overview
Our Research & Development (R&D) team is the technical talent at the heart of our product suite overseeing the product development lifecycle from concept to delivery. From engineering to quality assurance to data science the R&D team ensures our customers seamlessly use our products and can depend on their consistency.
Responsibilities
Description
The Software Engineering team is a group of full stack developers who design develop and maintain our products tools and infrastructure.
Your daytoday job will consist of
- Lead the design development and deployment of fullstack web applications using .NET technologies.
- Guide and mentor a team of developers ensuring best coding practices and architectural standards.
- Review and optimize existing code to enhance performance and maintainability.
- Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies and industry trends.
- Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture and Design Patterns.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Implement unit testing integration testing and automated testing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and data protection policies.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks in application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues efficiently.
- Ensure software solutions are scalable maintainable and secure.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with frontend applications.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent ability to handle a heavy workload with multiple projects and frequent interruptions
- Experience in Performance Tuning and Optimization.
- Participate in Agile development methodologies such as Scrum.
- Design and development of software engineering strategies
- Assist and analyze security best practices.
- Work as part of an Agile SCRUM team in the planning scoping estimation and of technical solutions.
- Provide the team with direction on technological changes.
- Mentor and coach employees first level response for employee questions and lead team meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 9 years experience in software engineer role
- Expertise in C#ASP .NETCore MVC Web API and Entity Framework.
- Strong frontend development skills in React/ JavaScript HTML5 CSS3.
- Handson experience with SQL Server databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines Git and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth JWT Identity Server.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA Confluence.
- Excellent ability to work in a changing dynamic environment
- Ability to provide accurate and reliable estimate
- Willingness to work in a fast paced environment.
