Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent; general knowledge of computers bookkeeping and officeprocedures

Goal:Toassistschoolpersonnelby theefficientoperationof the school building office
- Process school correspondence.
- Prepare copiesandformsas needed.
- Maintain all files in complete andaccuratemanner.
- Maintaince student attendance.
- Prepare daily announcements.
- Assist intheenrollment of new employees.
- Maintain an inventory of office and building supplies
- Order andmaintainsupplies as approved by thePrincipal.
- Keep the Principal informed ofappropriateissues.
- Receive students staff andvisitorin acourteousmanner.
- Properly account for monies prepare depositslips.
- Make decisions for the best interests oftheDistrict and within BoardpoliciesandCSIPobjectives.
- Promotepositive relations between the building District Board and community.
- Execute allpolices rules and regulation adoptedthe theBoard.
- Assists in tracking leave(s) of absence forbuildingpersonnel.
- Maintains high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality of information.
- Completes and submits data entry tasks for Core Data and work directly withMOSISdirector/Registrar.
- Provides substitute teacher list to building principles.
- Attend all required meetings.
- Greets visitors courteously and determines their needs checks appointments and directs them to the proper person.
- Answers office telephones & responds appropriately to requests for information.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Terms of employment: Contract to be establised by the Board generally nine months.
Evaluation: Annualy by building Principal in accordance with policy.
A criminal fingerprint/background clearanceis required.
