About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Management SCM candidates to drive strategic sourcing initiatives optimize supply chain processes and enhance supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement supplier management and endtoend supply chain operations. This role requires expertise in cost negotiation risk mitigation and process improvement to ensure operational efficiency and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role youll be responsible for:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize cost quality and supply assurance.
Lead crossfunctional initiatives to reduce cost and improve resiliency
Analyze market trends supplier capabilities and risk factors to inform sourcing decisions.
Implement supply chain best practices and drive costsaving initiatives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including R&D finance and manufacturing to align supply chain goals with business objectives.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain efficiency.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks ensuring business continuity and resilience.
Drive process automation and digital transformation initiatives within supply chain operations.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field (MBA preferred).
6 years of experience in supply chain management strategic sourcing or procurement.
Strong understanding of global sourcing supplier negotiation and contract management.
Experience in managing crossfunctional projects and working with international suppliers.
Proficiency in supply chain software (SAP Oracle or similar ERP systems) and data analytics.
Excellent problemsolving analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and drive results with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills
PMP or equivalent program management certification / training.
Experience in the manufacturing automotive electronics or refrigeration industries.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process
