The Common Law Section is seeking candidates who are leaders in the legal profession. A LL.B. or J.D. from a Canadian law school or equivalent is for this position. Membership in the Law Society of Ontario or equivalent in good standing is asset. The successful candidate will have significant practical experience in alternative dispute resolution and written and oral advocacy. Prior teaching experience will be considered an asset. This course is taught collaboratively and following a predetermined course content and design. The Common Law Section reserves the right to select a candidate who does not fully meet each of these requirements where the candidates selection would be beneficial to the program the course the students or for a related reason.

This course will be in the intensive January term. The candidate must be available to teach the entire month.An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience.
