Job Description
Your mission
- Assist with planning and coordinating events trade shows roadshows training events and partner activations
- Assist with trade marketing activities including coordinating partner materials and supporting promotional initiatives
- Manage and update marketing assets and archives ensuring materials are organized
- Assist in marketing communications by creating content for partner update newsletters
- Manage merchandise and marketing inventory ensuring timely distribution and stock replenishment
- Provide administrative support by preparing presentations reports and maintaining marketing documentation
- Support market research by collecting insights on competitors and customer needs
- Coordinate administrative tasks including schedule management and general support
Your profile
MustHaves:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Excel Word)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Enthusiastic proactive and eager to learn
- Experience with event coordination or trade marketing.
- Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp or similar platforms).
- Interest in the coffee industry is a plus!
