Job Description:
As the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Manager you will be responsible for the planning implementation and management of our CRM system specifically Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing customer relationships streamlining processes and improving overall efficiency within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for CRM system enhancements and improvements.
- CRM Implementation:
- Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
- Customize and configure CRM to meet the specific needs of the organization.
- Oversee data migration and ensure data accuracy within the CRM.
- User Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to CRM users across different departments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRMrelated issues on time.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize CRM data to generate insights and reports for management.
- Monitor and analyze customer and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- CRM Maintenance and Upkeep:
- Ensure the CRM system is up to date with the latest software updates and patches.
- Perform regular data hygiene activities to maintain data integrity.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure CRM aligns with various departmental needs.
- Communicate CRMrelated updates and changes to stakeholders.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration and management.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and principles.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
