Sloans Supervisor Variable Hours (up to fulltime hours available)

About the Role
At itison venues our main mission is to bring great experiences to all of our customers and we are looking for people who are just as passionate about doing this as we are!
Youll work with the team to bring to life the service standards set in the venue ensuring that all customers have a great experience
As Supervisor you will assist the Management Team is running the day to day operation of the venue including taking responsibility for a section & leading the team working alongside you and being the first point of contact for any customer complaints or issues in your section.
Youll be led by an experienced management team alongside a team of passionate and confident individuals made up of team members on the floor & behind the bar.
About the Venue
Our citys oldest bar & restaurant set over three stunning floors; a soldout ceilidh every Friday night weddings booked in to our Grand Ballroom through till 2024 an amazing weekly inhouse event programme complete with cinema night our own macaroni appreciation club (SMAC! and a beautiful outdoor heated courtyard; Sloans has been at the centre of Glasgow life since 1797.
Loved by locals and tourists for centuries Sloans is looking for an exceptional Supervisorto keep traditions going and introduce some new ones!
About You
If you are looking for variety and love being busy youre in the right place! We are looking for people who have a genuine passion for food & drink and giving the best service to our customers.
We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 1 year supervisory/duty manager experience in a similar high volume fast paced venue its a bonus if you have worked in an events environment! There is lots going on at Sloans therefore we need someone who has excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise well.
You will have a positive cando attitude excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
