Job Description

We are Integer a leading Commerce Agency within Omnicom and the TBWA Collective in Germany.

Living at the intersection of Branding & Selling we use culture and data to fuel creative ideas that accelerate people along the Consumer Journey from living to looking to buying.

Out of Hamburg we operate as the networks European Digital Commerce hub and help our international clients be successful at the Digital Shelf in DirecttoConsumer marketing in Social Commerce as well as with their eMail Marketing and eRetail media endeavors.

Our offer is centered on Strategic Intelligence artfully done Creation and endtoend Project Management.

We are looking for a parental leave replacement from April 1st 2025 to March 31st 2026. This position is limited to a year with the option to extend afterwards.

As an Account Manager you will work with our clients across all their Digital Commerce initiatives with a focus on the Digital Shelf. You are a committed and proactive partner and consultant rather than a mere contact person.

You execute daytoday project plans think strategically and manage all relevant stakeholders both internal and external.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Writing strong project briefs and driving project quality with the ambition to deliver value beyond the actual brief
  • Being handson with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for daytoday project work
  • Detailed project planning meeting timelines budget and quality standards
  • Building strong client relationships acting solutionoriented and with agility
  • Leading and guiding different stakeholders and characters on both the agency and client sides
  • Structured management and implementation of large volumes of content deliveries
  • Youve gained at least 3 years of professional experience in developing and implementing digital eCommerce playbooks and campaigns on digital shelf touch points (such as pure players ePharmacies eGroceries etc.
  • You build strong relationships with your clients and always act solutionoriented
  • You have the ability to connect thoughts and expertise from creatives planners and data experts and implement their knowledge in your work
  • You speak and write fluently in English and German
  • You commit yourself for at least a year with the option to extend
  • You live in or around Hamburg
