Job Description
Davis Chevroletlocated inHouston TXis looking for aBusiness Development Center Representative (BDC)to join our successful team. We are looking for individuals withBDC or Equivalent Call Center Experienceand the drive to succeed.

Business Development Center Representatives (BDC) Responsibilities:
- Address incoming sales calls
- Email text and call customers with information pertaining to their vehicle purchase
- Keep uptodate notes in the CRM
- Address customer concerns Understand and maintain product knowledge
- Assist customers with the purchase of a new vehicle
- Complete daily work activities
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction
- Other duties assigned
Business Development Center Representatives (BDC) Requirements:
- Previous call center experience is strongly encouraged
- Bilingual a plus!!!
- Professional appearance
- Extent communication skills
- Team oriented
- Basic computer skills
- Team Velocity experience preferred
Business Development Center Representatives (BDC) Compensation:
This is a full time position and we offer competitive compensation.
Job Type: Fulltime 9am6pm some SATURDAYS
Salary: $26960.00 $55450.00 per year
