An established and growing manufacturerdistributor in the building products industry is seeking a highperforming Sales Manager to lead strategic sales efforts across NYC and the surrounding metro. Known for innovation speed of delivery and service quality theyre looking for someone who can drive territory growth while building and mentoring a toptier sales team.
What Youll Do:
Lead regional sales strategy for building supply products across NYC metro
Manage coach and grow a team of field reps and inside sales associates
Develop key customer relationships with contractors builders and distributors
Track KPIs manage pipeline reporting and collaborate with leadership
Work crossfunctionally with marketing operations and product
Qualifications :
What You Bring:
5 years in building materials construction supply or related field sales
Proven leadership skillseither current team lead or strong individual contributor ready for management
Knowledge of commercial construction buyers (GCs architects contractors)
CRM and pipeline management expertise
Entrepreneurial energy and gritty sales DNA
