Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a motivated and detailoriented Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team. In this role you will serve as the first point of contact for clients addressing inquiries and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer concerns efficiently escalating issues when necessary
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using our internal system
Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and support procedures
Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on company services and policies
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fastpaced environment
