Job Description
Captura Hall is seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Customer Service Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers providing professional support and solutions to ensure client satisfaction and retention. This role requires strong communication skills a proactive attitude and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and inperson with professionalism and efficiency
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within established time limits
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met
Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary
Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
Stay informed on company products services and updates
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred
1 year of experience in a customer service role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problemsolving and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
