Job Description
We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to manage internal and external communications across departments. This role is responsible for developing clear and consistent messaging supporting crossfunctional projects and assisting in the planning and of communication initiatives.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain internal communication materials such as newsletters reports and announcements.
Coordinate press releases written content and corporate messaging.
Ensure brand consistency across all written and verbal communications.
Assist in organizing and supporting company events and public relations activities.
Collaborate with department heads to gather and distribute relevant content.
Maintain media contact lists and support outreach initiatives.
Track and analyze communication outcomes and prepare performance reports.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations English or a related field.
13 years of experience in a communications or administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
