Position: Marketing & Backend Operations Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Languages Required: English Hindi and Gujarati
Industry Preference: Jewellery (optional but preferred)
We are looking for a proactive and professional individual to join our team at Gharenu
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
Key Responsibilities:

Handle marketingrelated calls confidently and effectively.

Manage backend operations of our website and mobile application.

Maintain clear professional communication with clients and ensure excellent client service.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support longterm collaboration.

(Bonus) Prior knowledge or experience in the jewellery industry will be considered an advantage.
Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Hindi and Gujarati.

Techsavvy and comfortable working with digital platforms.

Good organizational and timemanagement skills.
-
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
-
Previous experience in customer support marketing or backend management is a plus.
