This is a remote position.
We are seeking a passionate and detailoriented Virtual Tour Specialist to design and coordinate personalized international travel experiences. In this role youll assist clients in selecting destinations securing flights and arranging cultural excursions and activities. Your expertise will be essential in creating unforgettable itineraries for travelers with a taste for global adventure.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop customized international travel plans tailored to client preferences
Provide expert guidance on travel requirements including visas and safety protocols
Handle flight bookings accommodations and activity reservations
Manage logistics and ensure seamless coordination of travel details
Qualifications
Background in travel tourism or international trip planning
Proficient research skills and familiarity with a wide range of global destinations
Comfortable working remotely and crafting personalized client experiences
Exceptional communication abilities and a strong customer service mindset
