Job Description

Take ownership of executive communication and scheduling for a dynamic Australian business leader. Working during their overnight hours you ll serve as the critical link in maintaining 24 7 business operations. This unique opportunity allows you to independently manage and streamline executive communications organize priorities and ensure smooth business operations across time zones. You ll have the autonomy to make decisions and respond to communications on behalf of senior leadership making this role perfect for a selfstarter who excels at creating order from complexity.

Responsibilities

  • Transform and organize executive inbox during overnight hours
  • Analyze and prioritize incoming communications for nextday action
  • Craft professional responses to emails on behalf of executive leadership
  • Create and maintain daily priority lists and scheduling systems
  • Prepare comprehensive morning briefings highlighting critical actions and decisions
  • Implement and maintain efficient followup systems
  • Ensure seamless communication flow across international time zones
  • Exercise independent judgment in handling sensitive communications


Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise with email management platforms (Gmail Outlook)
  • Written communication abilities with impeccable grammar and attention to detail
  • Proven track record in executivelevel priority management and organization
  • Strong decisionmaking capabilities and professional judgment
  • Exceptional reliability and demonstrated integrity in handling confidential information
  • Outstanding interpersonal and crosscultural communication skills
  • Experience working across international time zones preferred
