Job Description

Job Title: Executive Assistant Managing Director office
Location: Delhi

Job Responsibilities:
1 Coordinate and manage complex schedules appointments and meetings for the MD. Ensure that all engagements are wellplanned and executed with precision.
2 Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders. Manage emails phone calls and correspondence prioritizing urgent matters and filtering information as necessary.
3 Arrange travel itineraries accommodations and logistics for business trips personal trips conferences and events.
4 Prepare agendas take minutes and compile necessary materials for meetings. Coordinate meeting logistics including room reservations audiovisual equipment setup and catering.
5 Create edit and format documents presentations and reports. Ensure accuracy consistency and professionalism in all communications.
6 Track reconcile and report on executive expenses. Process and submit expense reports in a timely manner adhering to company policies.
7 Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
8 Assist in the planning and monitoring of various projects investments new ventures and initiatives. Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.
9 Support office operations by ordering supplies managing office equipment and coordinating maintenance requests.
10 Build and maintain positive relationships with internal team members external partners clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:
1 Bachelor s/Master s degree
2 Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
3 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and other relevant software.
4 Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive
information.
