Unit Role: Reserve Armoured Infantry Bn; led manned equipped and trained to deliver mandated outputs in support of military operations and UK resilience tasks as directed. Responsibilities: 1. Responsible to the RAO for all G1 administration IAW current lead for G1; supervision and ownership of Coy Welfare SNCO POSM VRM PAPMIS WISMISRtW/GRoWprogrammes including the compilation of stats for routine R2 submissions. 2. The day to day running of the Coy Fund (and related accounts including bars gaming machines and stock) in their appointment as the Account Holder IAW Service Funds Regulationsand manage all fundingapplications. 3. The management of all permanent staff as LM. Responsible for CS and FTRS MS including 2 CS and MG Sect 150 miles away in Bolton. 4. Unit Security Officer and implementthe provision of all security mattersincludingaccess to arms and ammunition including vetting control of all ACTO equipment and awareness briefings. 5. Management of RSDs IAW Unit RSD Policy including MG Sect location 150 miles away in Bolton. 6. Liaise with and reporting to RFCAin the management and maintenance of all facilities within AOR. 7. Manage and coordinate all subunitH&Smatters. 8. Any other tasks as delegated by the CoC. Includes lead for Bn AT; 2 x level 3 expeds/yr.
All Arms Basic Bookkeeper (AABB) required to hold Coy AFB 397 if not to be completed ASAP after arrival.

The role of PSAO is to support the Coy and OC in the conduct of all G17 activities with particular emphasis on: Support the Bns recruiting advertisement and retention activity in conjunction with ROSO facilitating Coy activity. On behalf of the OC and QM periodic management checks of all accounts as directed by the QM and the supervision of equipment demands in conjunction with the QPSI.
