Job Description

Overview

The Project Manager IT Intermediate manages and oversees technology projects to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget. This position is responsible for developing detailed work plans schedules project estimates resource plans and status reports conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets.

Responsibilities


Finalizes detailed project plans that ensure the timely delivery of work and ensures quality expectations are met.
Reviews project milestones and generates periodic status reports.
Develops technical project management solutions requiring analysis and research.
Examines project risk by incorporating quality measures and standards and creates risk mitigation strategies with the goal of reducing or avoiding the highest project risks.
Provides technical and analytical expertise to the project team while ensuring adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables.
Serves as a mentor for other project management professionals and advisor to executives that routinely work with the project management team.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications


EDUCATION:Required: Bachelors Degree
EXPERIENCE:Required: 3 years
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:Required: Project Management Professional (PMP)
