Job Description
Our client is looking to fill a permanent Handyman job. Working in a luxury serviced apartment block based near Kilburn Park London.
Salary between 28k and 30k MF 95.
Job Duties
The Handyman job will involve
- Perform routine and extensive preventative/reactive maintenance and
- painting/decoration/general fixes of rooms and communal areas.
- Carry out in high standard repairs and maintenance to the building its facilities infrastructure and equipment including plumbing joinery electrical painting tiling resealing.
- Performing preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis.
- Undertake fundamental Health & Safety checks as required and maintain records accordingly.
- Managing the building PPM.
- To adhere to safety regulations company policy and company standards.
- Daily/weekly building checklists including all public areas and all plant rooms.
- Weekly Fire alarm testing.
- Cleaning and inspecting boiler/plant machinery.
- Report all works to the Maintenance Manager.
- Dealing with guest requests daily.
- Responding to emergency maintenance requests as required
- Maintaining the landscape of the building if applicable
Job Requirements
The ideal Handyman will have previous experience preferably in a hotel/similar residential property. Live within a short commute of location.
Work using your own initiative and proactive ability to work under pressure.
Be able to provide great customer service.
Presentable appearance.
Highly organised with ability to multitask and prioritise.
Keen attention to detail.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Proficient in Word Excel Outlook etc.
The Handyman job may require out of office emergencies as required.

The Handyman job is based near to Kilburn Park station London NW6 5AD.
