Job Description
King ORourke Cadillac Buick GMC located on Route 347 in Smithtown NY is seeking to hire a Loaner Vehicle Manager for our Service Department. This is a full time position.
We are seeking the right candidate who is EXPERIENCED responsible reliable energetic and detailoriented to join our growing team.
You will be oversee our Service Loaner & Cashier department while delivering exceptional service that exceeds our customer expectations.

You will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing our ServiceLoaner & Cashier department
- Ensure efficient and professional checkout process & customer experience from start to finish
- Assisting customers with our vehicle loaner fleet
- Processing paperwork
- Fleet management
- Work cooperatively with all internal teams
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional friendly and efficient manner
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Have a valid drivers license with good driving record
- High level of initiative and ability to work in a team
- Top customer satisfaction skills required
- Ability to multitask
