Berman STAR Nissan is GROWING and we are looking for Sales/Product Specialists to add to our team! Fluent in Spanish Thats a PLUS!
Position: Automotive Sales/Product Specialist
Location: Berman STAR Nissan (Niles IL)
Pay: $41600$100000 (Includes a Base Salary!)
Schedule: FullTime MondaySaturday (Sundays and one weekday off)
What your work week would look like:
- 1 Day: 9AM 3PM
- 2 Days: 9AM 8PM
- 1 Day: 12PM 8PM
- Saturdays: 8:45AM 6PM

Our Sales/Product Specialists assist our customers in their car buying journey. From the initial point of contact to the time they drive off the lot with their new vehicle our goal is to ensure the customer has the information they need to have an enjoyable and easy car buying experience! No commission means no pressure for you or your customer.
What does a typical day look like
- Engaging with the customers via phone email text or inperson to determine where the customers are in their buying journey and any additional information they need to complete the purchase
- Completing product demonstrations
- Working with inventory and the acquisition team to uncover the market value of the customers trade appraisal
- Determining and explaining purchase terms to customers price of vehicle payments length of loan
- Staying in contact with customers youve met to ensure their questions are answered and they had a great experience
Qualifications :
- You have experience in retail sales hospitality restaurant or any customer facing role
- You are bilingual in English & Spanish
- You have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record (3 year min)
- You like interacting with people and enjoy explaining details in a nonthreatening way
- You enjoy problem solving under pressure and have shown an ability to remain calm courteous and professional during times of high stress
- You value being in a sales role with a strong emphasis on the customer experience
