This position will serve as an integral part on a Project Team and perform various administrative tasks to support Project Managers responsible for supporting the Claims Litigation Unit by coordinating conference scheduling and completing various administrative tasks. Will also serve as liaison with Outside Counsel and other business units to schedule Trial Prep sessions and roundtables Claim Litigation 45 and 90 Day Team conferences and Mediations. Will also prepare support materials and complete facilities setup for Trail Prep sessions and Team conferences collect data and maintain Excel spreadsheets and Outlook calendar. Will produce reports maintain EXCEL forms and prepare PowerPoint training materials and coordinate training sessions with staff and Facilities.
Should possess a minimum Associate Degree in Business Management or two 2 years of relevant experience or a combination of college education and relevant experience equivalent to two years. Also should possess two 2 or more years administrative experience.
Two or more years of experience related to property insurance a working understanding of the dynamics of a government supported organization and knowledge in South Florida county locations and traffic patterns would be beneficial.
