LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR Residential Estate Agency
Location: Ongar CM5
Salary: OTE: 45k
Position: Permanent Full Time
Lettings Negotiator: This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join an international estate agency based in Ongar Essex.
You will need to be a committed team player with excellent customer service skills and a passion for selling residential property to be a part of this highly energetic busy team!
You will be instrumental in helping to grow the market share whilst ensuring first class customer service is being delivered. You will need to be smart punctual reliable wellspoken and articulate whilst being driven focused and be able to thrive in a faced paced pressurised environment.
Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator (Estate Agent) role will include:
- Extensive experience in residential Lettings
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Fantastic telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Full UK Driving License and own car
- A thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
- Determined Attitude
