Job Description
The Houston office is seeking a midlevel AssociatewithTaxTransactional experience to join the Tax group.
Responsibilities:
- Handle complex tax transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions financing and restructurings.
- Provide strategic legal advice on tax planning and compliance for clients.
- Collaborate with crossoffice teams to manage highlevel transactions and deliver effective solutions.
- Draft and negotiate taxrelated agreements and documents.
Qualifications:
- J.D. with law firm experience focusing on tax transactions.
- Strong academic credentials and legal research skills.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and provide exceptional service.
- Experience in corporate tax matters is preferred.
