Job Description

The Houston office is seeking a midlevel AssociatewithTaxTransactional experience to join the Tax group.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex tax transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions financing and restructurings.
  • Provide strategic legal advice on tax planning and compliance for clients.
  • Collaborate with crossoffice teams to manage highlevel transactions and deliver effective solutions.
  • Draft and negotiate taxrelated agreements and documents.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. with law firm experience focusing on tax transactions.
  • Strong academic credentials and legal research skills.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and provide exceptional service.
  • Experience in corporate tax matters is preferred.
