The Tom Naquin Auto Family Title Clerk is an exciting opportunity to join the automotive industry. In this role you will be responsible for managing the transfer of title documents for vehicle purchases according to Indiana DMV regulations. The Title Clerk provides prompt and courteous customer service verifying documents and managing title data entry for customer vehicle purchases.

Responsibilities
Processing and handling of title records
Ensuring all necessary paperwork is filed in a timely manner and in accordance to DMV regulations
Ensure all records are stored accurately and securely
Review contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness
Balance daily and monthly account transactions
Assist customers in preparing and filing relevant paperwork
Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
Maintain accurate and organized records
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
Able to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment
Computer proficiency with experience in databases
Previous title clerk or automotive office experience is preferred
Detailoriented and highly organized.
