About the role:
The Consultant Deakin Transformation plays a key role in delivering and embedding change programs across the university. This position supports a wide range of organisational change initiatives including cultural technological and workforce transformation ensuring they are effectively implemented and sustained.
Working closely with senior leaders and crossfunctional teams the Consultant drives engagement alignment and integration of transformation efforts. Reporting to the Senior Manager Deakin Transformation this role is essential in supporting the seamless delivery of change and contributing to the universitys longterm transformation goals.
