For Those Who Work At Home Various Ohio 44144The Commercial DACA/Blocked Accounts Product Manager is primarily responsible for all aspects of the DACA product experience including product planning and discovery product profitability CX development strategic direction risk management and product operation. The Product Manager also provides guidance related to asset based lending (ABL) account & product structures. As a key contributor on the team this individual will also work with other Product and Pricing Managers to drive forward initiatives and accelerate progress towards Keys strategic initiatives by demonstrating product expertise thought leadership market support client experience and partnering.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- The Commercial DACA Product Manager will be responsible for all facets of KeyBanks Commercial Deposit Account Control Agreement program which includes solution consulting onboarding agreement language billing servicing and risk reviews.
- Continue to Enhance the overall overall onboarding and account servicing experience.
- Take a leadership role in the evolution of KeyBanks Commercial Liquidity positioning
- Manage legal vendor relationship ensuring Key remains in compliance with and supports new regulatory requirements and also evolving business needs and client requirements.
- Support Adhoc research and resolution of daily issues data requests reporting requirements finding remediation as well as regulatory requests.
- Partner with internal technology 3rd party vendors and other strategic partners to develop new client solutions.
- Deliver training internally and externally to convey an understanding of the products their usage and functionality.
- Support the sales force in selling the products and articulating the benefits to clients.
- May serve as a Project Manager on productrelated initiatives across various channels. Lead cross functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product management projects.
- Enhance systematic reconciliation better data for better control and efficiency.
- Keep abreast of industry trends regulatory changes and buying behavior patterns.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree required in Business (Accounting Finance Economics) ; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience of operations client resolution and or complaint management
- Strong analytical skills. Excellent problem solving and quantitative skills.
- A drive to create dig into and use data and insights to identify opportunities to improve speed quality efficiency and customer experience
- Proficient in Excel; VLOOKUPs Pivot Tables and ability to summarize large data sets into tables and digested etc.
- Strong internal and external communication skills.
- Must be able to create and conduct executive level presentations present at industry venues and interface with clients.
- Ability to work with all levels of Third Party provider stakeholders and contacts
- Dedicated to meeting the expectations of clients.
- Ability to identify inefficient processes recommend solutions and manage implementation.
- An ability to champion change influence others and foster teamwork.
- Proficiency with PCs and standard Microsoft Office software.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Deposit Account Control Agreements/ Blocked Accounts .
- Minimum 5 years Product Management Product Development Client Service Operations or Technology role with understanding of Commercial Banking deposit products experience
- Project Management experience with ability to manage issues/programs and conduct detailed analysis of varying complexity solve problems and drive business goals

- Proven track record of identifying product gaps and representing client and business requirements to assist in prioritizing product development
- Must have experience of analyzing complex information from variety of sources
- Understanding product P/L performance and impacts to make strategic recommendations and decisions
- Proven ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders including vendors as well as maintain an entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to identify business opportunities develop a strategic plan to capitalize on those opportunities and tactically implement the plan.
- Must be able to create and conduct internal and external stakeholder presentations and clients as appropriate.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $79000 to $115000 annually depending on location and jobrelated factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for shortterm incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
