Manager V Product Line Management - M5

Required:

• 10 years of experience in Global Product Management Business Management and an Engineering background
• Semiconductor background
• MBA w/ BS or Masters in Engineering (ME ChemE EE Materials Etc.
• Valid US Passport: must be able to travel within North America Asia Europe 25 or more) and have customer facing meetings to influence technical and commercial buyers for service products and capabilities
• Must have knowledge of Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) Semiconductor product positioning
• Knowledge of improving CPW (Cost per Wafer) and COO (Cost of Ownership) through enhancing the equipment Wafer Output Consumable and NonConsumable Part Cost & Wafer Yield
• Knowledge of creating multiyear customer facing roadmaps that continue to add Value (CIP Continuous Improvement Programs)
• Knowledge of how AI sensor data & modeling can impact equipment performance & save equipment maintenance time and labor
• Semiconductor Capital Equipment Service Business Knowledge is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Owns product change management (PCM) and control
  • Unreleased product approval and control
  • ECO (Engineering Change Order) approval
  • Implementation of PCN (Part Change Notification) with Global Product Support
  • Manages field service related activities reviews approves and filters all system feedback activities that will have customer impact
• Accuracy of customer shipped configurations and BOMs (Bill of Materials)
  • CaRM (Configuration accuracy Review Meeting) reviews
  • BOM (Bill of Materials) accuracy
  • NSR (Non Standard Request) approval
• Manage all changes to the product after product release
  • Whether driven by engineering quality safety customer demands or supply obsolesce
• Owns common modules roadmap and implementation post Phase 5 of PLC.
• Implementation of component roadmaps including part obsolescence replacements alternative vendors and cost reduction
• Facilitates intercompany communication to align on product strategies provide guidance on pricing spare level contents and restricted part orders. Facilitates alignment meeting for product roadmap and market proliferation
• Support or Lead as necessary effort and coordination between various intercompany groups (such as operations Engineering and GPM) to achieve divisional cost targets and improve operational metrics for reduction in Build cycle time Period Burden and Variance
• Relook at our Product Structure and Mfg. strategy
• Manage strategic vendor issues

U.S. Salary Range:

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location hire grade jobrelated knowledge skills experience and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program as applicable.

For all sales roles the posted salary range isthe Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100 goal achievement.
