Job Description
- With product managers developers data scientists and other global UX team members design the next generation of public safety applications at our company.
- Enable a designled product development process with a humancentered approach.
- Collaborate with global UX team to review concepts evolve processes and ensure unity across the company.
- Work closely with experienced researchers to understand user needs and conduct usability testing.
- Leverage industry best practices and tools to create wireframes flows and prototypes to communicate design intent to stakeholders.
- Use design thinking to understand user needs looking holistically at customer interactions and constantly iterate user journey forward.
- 10 domestic travel required.
- Telecommuting 2 days per week.
Target Base Salary Range: $130000 $166200 USD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelors degree 5 years experience or
- Masters degree 2 years experience.
