Why this role matters
This position will work with the Centre staff and Consortium members to develop and implement the Centres overarching communications strategy and the specific communications strategy for the Consortium integrated within it incorporating internal and digital communications events media activity stakeholder engagement and knowledge management. The Communications Lead will work closely with the broader Operations Team of the Centre as well as working with staff in the UNSW Faculty of Medicine and Health and Division of External Engagement (DEE). The lead may have supervisory responsibilities with other staff.
Note the centre is also currently recruiting for aSenior Project Officerwhich is also 17.5 hours a week and if applicants are skilled in both areas there is an opportunity to work Full Time across both roles.
