Job Mission
The Retail Judicial Specialist reporting to the Unsecured Judicial Frontline Team Leader undertakes a range of daytoday activities to support the management of rescheduled auctions.
Main Responsibilities
- Manages auction cases and ensures they are rescheduled in accordance with the Companys policies and targets.
- Analyzes Excel files retrieved from the system (Qualco Banking) or third parties (e.g. Law Firms).
- Conducts data analysis to support decisionmaking and develops automations and models to improve reporting accuracy.
- Communicates with assigned Law Firms and oversees the respective portfolio.
- Collaborates effectively with other departments across the Company.
- Adheres to the Companys Code of Ethics and ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Requirements
Education Skills and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Finance Banking or any other Businessrelated studies
- 2 to 4 years of experience in administrative roles within financial services.
- Solid knowledge of auction management and experience in legal analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Excellent command of MS Excel Access and PowerPoint.
