Job Description
ROLE : DeputyManager Training and quality
LOCATION : Vizag
Good presentation & facilitation skills
Good Data Management Skills/Good Analyticalskills
Demonstrated success in Transactional Quality
Thorough knowledge of MS office tools like Powerpoint project excel are critical for the job
Strong communication skills
String analytical skill ability to work withhuge volume of data using statistical tools
Good facilitation skills
Good team player and should be able to manage ateam of Quality Analysts
Flexible to work in 24X7 environment (nightshifts and weekends basis scope)
Needs to have good working knowledge of T&TQ(Training & Transaction Quality) systems tools and technologies
Responsibilities:
Analysis of utilization efficiency andavailable data for the process
Understate detailed process improvement studiesand up skill the team members
Drive culture of continues improvement
Provide training and quality support developmentof metrics and dashboards in line with customer requirements
Managing Quality performance for multipleaccounts/LOBs
Drive continuous improvement program acrossprocesses
Should meet and exceed client metrics: Externaland Internal Quality metric should be consistently green
Ability to get out of the box ideas and processimprovement initiatives in the process
Excellent transactional quality domain knowledge
EducationalQualification : Graduate or postgraduate.
