Job Description

Our client is a prime contractor providing CloudBased Analytic Software Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) solutions to the Intelligence Community and DoD. Their missioncritical rewarding work includes fullstack development of productionquality software applications as well as solution prototyping and fielding of their software systems. They are seeking a handson Technical Manager to work indepth with engineers program leadership and the customer to focus on key tasks communicate updates and help solve challenges. Successful candidates for this role will have:

10 years of experience in a handson technical role such as Software Electrical or Digital Signal Processing Engineering
Must have a Bachelors degree in a technical field Masters preferred
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Excellent communication

This work is 100 on site in Fairfax VA. A minimum of a Top Secret clearance is required. TS/SCI CI Poly is highly preferred. Base salary for this role is up to $230K for a highly qualified candidate.
