As an Appliance Repair Technician you will be the superhero who rescues appliances from their malfunctions and brings smiles back to our customers faces. Youll be responsible for diagnosing issues repairing various small appliances and ensuring their proper functionality.
**Responsibilities:**
Diagnose and repair a wide range of small appliances such as washers dryers ovens refrigerators etc.
Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly professional and courteous at all times.
Collaborate with the team to ensure effective problemsolving and technical expertise.
Utilize your troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve appliance issues efficiently.
Keep uptodate with the latest industry trends and repair techniques.
Provide guidance and assistance to colleagues when faced with complex appliance problems.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum 1 Year experience in appliance repair is required but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong mechanical aptitude.
- A passion for fixing things and the drive to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a knack for finding creative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Valid Drivers License
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Proficiency to navigate tabletbased technology
- The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance and the physical ability to perform strenuous work under varied circumstances

As an appliance repair technician youll work with anything from dishwashers to microwaves to dryers. In other words youll need to be fairly knowledgeable about large appliances portable appliances mechanical work as well as electrical work.
Youll deal with more than just appliances though as a repair technician youll have to deal with people too.
Appliance repair technicians must also have skills in high mechanical aptitude have impeccable written and verbal communication skills work adeptly with repair tools be okay with lifting heavy machinery and of course be incredibly skilled in troubleshooting problems.
