Job Description
Oracle HCM Cloud Developer
7 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Strong knowledge of Core HR module
Strong knowledge of Core HR data structures
7 years of experience with integrations
Expertise creating complex extracts using HCM Extract and BI Publisher for consumption by third party systems
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL)
Experience with Fast Formulas
Experience developing integrations with PL/SQL and Oracle Databases (Autonomous or On Prem)
Expertise in unit testing integrations
Experience in documentation of technical designs
Strong knowledge of XSLT and XSL BI Publisher templates
Reporting expertise with BI Publisher and OTBI
Experience with Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) a plus
Experience with extending Redwood forms or building custom forms with Visual Builder Studio a strong plus
Experience with general OCI config uration a plus
Experience with HCM modules such as payroll time and labor recruiting learning etc. a plus
Familiarity with Oracle SOAP and REST services
Experience/expertise with at least two of the following:
o Python
o JavaScript
o Java/
o CSS
o HTML
