Ayvens Greece is looking for a talented Legal Advisor to join our Legal Department.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for inhouse legal matters including drafting reviewing and negotiating various commercial contracts providing accurate relevant and timely legal advice to internal stakeholders managing and mitigating legal risks by implementing company policies and procedures and cooperating with outside counsels on a variety of legal matters.
Responsibilities:
Provide business partners with timely legal analysis and advice on all legal related matters
Drafting reviewing and negotiating client contracts contract amendments and renewals
Serve as primary contact between the legal department and internal and external stakeholders seeking contract review and amendments questions status updates etc.
Liaise with outside counsels as required
Maintain the Companys corporate documents and minutes
Ensure compliance with contract approval policies and procedures
Assist with coordination of legal assignments and projects
Qualifications and skills:
University Decree in Law
At least 2 years of professional qualified experience in a similar role
Excellent command of the Greek and English language
Digital literacy and tech savviness
Strong analytical and research skills
Solid writing editing and proofing skills
Learning and changing agility
Ability to perform well under pressure and results oriented
