TRIA is looking to hire an Education Coordinator to join our Research and Education team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.

Position Summary:

The education coordinator will plan promote and deliver professional education programs for fellows residents healthcare professional students area high schools as well as other interested groups. Reserves confirms prepares and monitors program arrangements as needed which may include registration facility audiovisual equipment and faculty.

The Education Coordinator at TRIA Orthopedic Center is responsible for planning promoting and delivering an excellent orthopedic educational experience for fellows residents healthcare professional students area high schools and other interested groups. This role includes oversight of an accredited Physical Therapy Residency program through ABPTRFE and requires coordination across multiple TRIA locations to ensure highquality learning experiences.

Work Schedule:

Monday Friday; occasional evenings and weekends.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education Experience or Equivalent Combination:
    • High school diploma or equivalent plus one or more years of experience in meeting planning or delivery of ACGMEaccredited or health related programs.
  • Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
    • Highly organized individual with leadership and problemsolving skills.
    • Must possess the ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
    • Demonstrate knowledge of agerelated growth and development principles necessary to provide the appropriate experience to our external clients.
    • Competently performs jobspecific technical skills and possesses identified in the jobspecific competencybased orientation material.
    • Records maintenance skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
    • Ability to create compose and edit written materials.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
    • ACGME accreditation process and maintenance knowledge
