POSITION: CAN LINE FILLER OPERATOR SUPERVISOR(candidates from brewery or beverage industry)
REPORTING TO: MANAGER PRODUCTION & MAINTENANCE
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:ITI / Diploma in Mechanical/Maintenance
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for everything involving packaging production and sanitation.
- Safety quality production maintenance manage any issues involving full interlocking no wine and screw cap wastage no glass loss no quality defects such as low fill market complaints leakage machine downtime.
- Development of team about zero loss at various junctions like depalletizer filler tunnel pasteurizer final packing.
- Troubleshoot any production or machine downtime issues as they arise Timely cleaning lubrication inspection and tightening.
- Documentation/ Reports related to shifting production.
- Operate and monitor production line(s) to ensure efficiency.
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Operate the manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean work area through good housekeeping practices.
- Expedite repairs to the line working with maintenance as necessary.
- Profile in CAN filling operation with knowledge of filling and sealing.
