As an Associate Sales Technology & Analytics Enablement EDI/ERP coordinator you will be trusted support of all EDI transactions for Alcon Canada and for supporting Customer Service on Commercial Systems. You will be the first level support and Super User for EDI ERP and other Commercial system tools. You will act as a liaison between Alcon IT services and the end users external customers vendors and/or trading partners at Mississauga Canada location. In this role a typical day will include:
Assist with Adoption User Training and Satisfaction.
Functions as a technical coordinator and internal consultant to understand and resolve issues with both inbound and outbound transactions encompassing idoc issues SI mapping interfaces and SAP ordertocash processes.
Coordinates the technical efforts associated with implementing and supporting EDI transactions including (but not limited to) 850 (PO) 810 (invoice) 855 (Order Ack) 856 (ASN).
Defines requirements and recommends solutions related to the EDI systems within the organization.
Coordinates customer EDI requests for all EDI transactions by acting as the central coordinator between the customer and the technical teams for set up configuration testing and Production golive.
Leads and coordinates crossfunctional EDI enhancement initiatives. Follows global change management methodologies and ticket systems to support initiatives
Acts as a liaison between the external or internal customer and the technical support teams
Analyzes and investigates all reported OTI issues and discrepancies to resolve all open deliveries invoices and blocks.
Communicates with key stakeholders and business subject matter experts to identify define and document business requirements and identify areas for improvement.
WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON:
Secondary School Diploma Preferred Bachelors Degree or PostSecondary Diploma
