Job Description
We are looking for qualified HVAC Installer Apprentices! This is your opportunity to join the team!
The individual in this role will be responsible for assisting in installing inspecting and completing our customers heating cooling and ventilation (HVAC) systems. This person learns to handle install and fix HVAC equipment be a good communicator be comfortable interacting with customers and working under the direct supervision of the lead installer.
What youll be doing:
- Performs a wide variety of installations of HVAC equipment following the detailed and general directions of HVAC Install Leads and Supervisors in the performance and completion of HVAC mechanical and electrical systems installation work.
- Adheres to work Plans assigned tasks prioritized work work schedules quality control tests and follows onthe job training
- If required documents actions by completing records and installation paperwork.
- Learns the operating principles of HVAC systems as well as work safety practices and general OSHA standards related to HVAC work.
We looking for people who have the following experience and skills
- Must be able to adapt to changing and growing work environment.
- Must be clean maintain a professional appearance and communicate well with customers.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Be a selfmotivated team player.
- Good understanding of the HVAC installation process.
