About the role
An exciting career opportunity for an experienced fulltimeLegal Secretary to join our vibrant and growing Brisbane team. Inthis role you will have the opportunity to learn and develop yourskills as you provide assistance to cover busy periods and absencesacross our Health Employment Government and Public Liabilitypractice groups. Working alongside other experienced LegalSecretaries you will be wellsupported and enjoy the opportunityto build strong relationships within our teams.
Your key responsibilities will include preparing generalcorrespondence and court documents preparation of briefs tocounsel (hard copy and electronic) management of lawyersdiaries file administration billing transcribing digitaldictation of advices and other general administrativeresponsibilities as required. You will regularly liaise withclients and external providers so your polished telephone mannerand communication skills are required.
About you
You will have previous experience as a legal secretary of atleast 1 year fast and accurate typing skills of 70wpm soundknowledge of MS Office and have an enthusiastic proactive andhighly organised work method.
