In this role youll have a chance to develop and maintain daytoday relationships with Mercers clients and consultants in the compensation & benefits area for respective markets. In this role you will be responsible for:
- develop and maintain daytoday relationships with a portfolio of membership clients from European markets
- addressing membership clients queries re. Mercer products/methodology and acting as first point of contact
- providing support in terms of basic data analysis/interpretation to clients
- delivering custom trainings onboardings and Mercer tools demo to clients
- coordinating clients participation in Mercer remuneration surveys ensuring their timely and quality data submission
- assisting consultants with sales activities (e.g. presentations product information) and other ad hoc market requests
We would like you to have:
- 13 years of experience in the areas of customer service
- fluent English is a must
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Very strong organizational and project coordination skills
What makes the ideal candidate but not required
- communicative/fluent German
- HR or Comp&Ben area experience
- Experience in sales and/or negotiations with Clients
- Analytical skills and a strong focus to detail
