Typical earnings range from $60000 $80000 annually with potential for 6 figure income. Over 25 of our sales associates reach the 6 figure level!

Responsibilities will include:
- Developing prospects
- Greeting prospects and analyzing their needs
- Presenting products and solutions to those needs
- Coordinating test drives and trade vehicle evaluations
- Presenting and negotiating purchase options
- Reaching positive agreement
- Vehicle delivery
- Ongoing customer retention and referrals

- Desire to become a team leader or a strong contributing member of the team
- Selfdriven and motivated to achieve results
- Excellent communication and customer skills
- Friendly likeable and outgoing personality
- Consistent tenure viewed very highly
