Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Executive to join our Wholesale team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts driving sales and maximizing profitability within the wholesale sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale clients and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
- Present product offerings and negotiate sales contracts with wholesale partners ensuring alignment with company objectives and strategies.
- Collaborate with internal departments including marketing supply chain and finance to optimize account management and sales processes.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive preferably within the wholesale industry.
- Strong understanding of wholesale sales principles strategies and practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License.
