Qualification / Diploma mech.
Experience Min. 4 yrs. as a CNC Maintenance Engineer
Salary Upto 3.6 LPA

Job Description
Prepare and follow maintenance schedules for CNC turning machines.
Conduct routine inspections to identify early signs of wear vibration issues or misalignments.
Replace wornout parts like belts bearings guideways and coolant filters.
Monitor and analyze vibration temperature and spindle conditions.
Diagnose root causes of machine failures quickly and accurately.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Replace defective components like motors encoders servos ball screws or sensors.
Calibrate machine geometry and alignment (X Y Z axes) to ensure dimensional accuracy.
Use precision tools like dial gauges laser alignment tools and micrometers.
Inspect and service spindle units (bearing preload balance lubrication).
Maintain tool turret indexing tool clamping and tool setter calibration.
