In order to be considered for these jobs you need to be available to interview on the date listed above and if you are offered a position you would need to be available to begin employment by late May 2025 or early June 2025. If you are not available to interview on the required Interview Day or begin working at the timeframe listed above then we encourage you to apply at a later time. This CNA application is typically posted in the first or second week of each month and available for around two to three weeks.
We currently have a variety of different CNA openings available hospitalwide which can potentially include the following departments:
Acute Care Units
Critical Care Units
The following schedules and 812hr shifts are available:
Parttime positions
Per Diem
0.6 FTE 48 hours per biweekly pay periods
0.75 FTE 60 hours per biweekly pay periods
0.9 FTE 72 hours per biweekly pay periods
Shifts
Day 7:00am 7:00pm
Nights 7:00pm7:00am
Evenings
Most of these positions require working an occasional weekend from time to time In order to be considered you should apply online to this job and include the following documents:

Our Hiring Process
After careful review of all applications a smaller group of candidates will be selected to move forward in the interview phase of the hiring process. If you are selected to move forward you will be contacted by email with an invitation to interview. You will have 48 hours to respond back and confirm your interview. If we havent heard back from you within the 48 hours we will move forward with other candidates.

All newly hired CNAs must be available to start work with an active NAC License. If you are not selected for this group of interviews we would welcome your application again for any of our future CNA interviewing events.
The CNA role at Seattle Childrens provides care to patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Physician by applying their knowledge and skill to provide appropriate interactions with staff patients and families of all ages.
Required Education and Experience
High School graduate or equivalent.
Required Credentials
Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the State of Washington. (NAC License)
Current BLS for Healthcare Providers.
Preferred
Two or more years of experience in a pediatric health care setting.
Compensation Range
$21.10 $31.66 per hourSalary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on fulltime employment 2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity skills experience and expertise and may vary within the range provided.
