Job Description
Your mission
- Responsible for the of the service business
- Monitoring the quality and process compliance of the service offered
- Recognising and reporting service and product quality issues
- Working with the team to ensure continuous improvement of the service system
- Coordinating the work of the customer service team
Your profile
- Expert knowledge of theMobileElevatedWorkPlatform industry
- Familiarity with MEWP repair and maintenance procedures
- Experience as a Service Manager is an advantage
- An increased willingness to travel must be given
- Very good knowledge of Spanish or Italian and good knowledge of English
