Connect Housing Blocks is currently searching for a fulltime Production Manager to join their team in Columbus Ohio. We are revolutionizing the housing industry manufacturing multistory prefabricated modular apartment housing in Columbus Ohio by providing highquality affordable housing. The Production Manager at Connect Housing Blocks is responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of the production floor ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly efficiently and safely. This role includes managing production schedules supervising staff and maintaining quality standards.

Schedule:
- Monday Friday
- 7:30 AM 4:30 PM
- In office
The right candidate will have:
- Bachelors degree in business engineering or related field preferred
- 5 years of experience in a production management role within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to interact clearly and effectively in both written and oral communication with vendors management coworkers in English
- Ability to apply general concepts such as percentages addition subtraction division and multiplication to practical situations
Our Production Manager will:
- Plan organize and direct production activities to meet daily weekly and monthly targets
- Supervise train and evaluate production staff ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Develop and maintain production schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime
- Monitor production processes and adjust optimize workflow and reduce waste
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is properly maintained and operational
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations conducting regular safety meetings and inspections
- Coordinate with other departments such as logistics and quality control to meet production goals
- Prepare and present production reports to upper management analyzing performance and recommending improvements
- Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality
- Manage production inventory ensuring materials are available to meet production needs
