Job Description
This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.
Responsible for managing and upkeep of the branch
Manage a team of 5 PSFs
Crosssell/Upsell FD & other investment products
Acquisition target
Catchment area mapping
Data distributions to PSFs
Conduct localized marketing events
23 years of experience in customer relationship management
Previous exposure/knowledge of customer service is essential
Experience of establishing and maintaining relationships with business units / managers for managing daytoday business
Ability to effectively communicate and implement policies and procedures
Ability to manage a team across a diverse range of processes within an operational environment.
Ability to maintain control direction and motivation of staff in an everchanging environment
